Raw Mango Pickle

Hello Friends, Mango... aah.. name itself makes us feel like eating be it Raw or ripen. Mango is national fruit, There are over 100 varieties of mango's in India, in a range of colors, sizes, and shapes. Common in the tropical part of the world, mangos are savored for their sweet juice and bright colors. People in India eat mango's ripe, or prepare them green as pickles, eat raw with salt, chilly powder or chutneys. They are rich in vitamin A, C, and D. So today I am going to tell a  simple and easy recipe for preparation of mango pickle. Actually this recipe is from my father in law, he loves cooking. I had prepared it for lunch and believe me it was dam tasty..... Here it goes; Ingredients- Raw mango- 1, chopped in small pieces Mustard seeds- 3 spoons,ground to powder Methi/Fenugreek seeds- 5 spoons, fried raw, and grind to powder Salt to taste Red chilles- depends upon spice required- around 8-9, powder them Oil- 4tsp ...
