It has its own unique ways with wide ranges of festivals, functions, customs, languages, religions and so on which are characterized by color, gaiety, enthusiasm, prayers and rituals. Example: 1.Indian culture treats guests, elders as god and they take care as a part of family with love and affection. 2.Respect each others and have a helpful nature. Even thought the times have changed but sum things never changes. They come along with you as hereditary, same is the culture. This incident happened while we were returning tired after enjoying to the max from niagara falls. As you know Niagara falls   are massive  waterfalls  on the  Niagara River , straddling the  international border  separating the  Canadian province  of  Ontario  and the  U.S. state  of  Maine .We had come from US part of niagara.. Since we were not sure of the route to nigara falls wehad taken the help of GPS ( Global Positioning System  is  a system that helps to  determine their current  location  and time; velocity and direction can be determined using multiple readings and receivers, respectively) which made us reach correctly but unfortunately while starting back from falls it took us to beyond canadian border which we realised after its too late. When realised we tried to move back as we had not canadian visa but it was too late as the immigration check at border had caught us with the wrong entry.. There are different styles in which weddings are conducted (i.e customs, ceremonies etc...) but i would like to mention one traditional way which is followed in some parts of karnataka and kerala.... I would like to blog on sumthing i prepared yesterday which is known as cucumber dosa,,,,, green in colour,,,, greenary like grass.... Ingredients required: Cucumber-2 big Rice-1.5 cup ginger-small piece for taste. salt for taste... Method for preparation: 1. Keep rice in water for one night... 2.Peel and Grate cucumber or cut in small pieces... 3.Grind rice, cucumber, ginger and salt together till it forms fine paste... 4.Put pan and batter on the pan and spread it properly... 5.One minute later special greenary called cucumber dosa gets ready to fill the stomach... 6.Enjoy....
