It was how I celebrated my First wedding anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was exact 12.00 midnight of 1ST Dec 2008 when my alarm rang ,I got up and woke up my husband.Then I took the small gift prepared by me which is in the right side.Its is just the first page which is shown but it is actually a book prepared by me with our life before marriage and our memories together in one year of marraige..both happy as well as sad moments.With this I had also given him a greeting card which was also designed by me. Next what he gave was also filled with love but its a secret and confidential.
Somehow may be its funny but my favourite is starbucks coffee so he also surprised me with coffee in the midnight with chocolate cookies...Midnight brunch can say...

In the morning for the full day he was ready with plans.. Cab picked up us at our house at 11.00 AM and tooks us to waterfront wherein we had for the first time eaten Italian food which was fantastic (will not mention how it was as first time taste i mean we were just sucking our fingers,,,imagine how it was).. Next we had been to Loes club watching movies i.e. Madagascar escape 2, four christmasas....both were gud.After this we went for shopping, eating ice creams and so on.
At around 6.30 cab picked up bac and then we had been nto an indian restaruent with india food i.e dosas, soups,etc etc....

What else.. for more no place in stomach and no strenght..last i remember was sleep and crying in sleep...HAHAHAHHA///ENJOY

karapudi!!! chutney for idli...spicy lovers;;;its for uuuuuu

Today I had prepared idli and was thinking about what chutney do I prepare... Was tired of making, eating all the usual chutney so decided to do something different... Karapudi, one of the chutneys prepared in andhra... preparation just takes 5 minutes with ingredients which are available for day today needs at home... They are: Red Chillies - 5-6 Coriander seeds or dhania or cotambiri whatever u call- 5-6 tsp Cumin seeds or jeera-2-3tsp Dry tamarind little Salt to taste Garlic flakes- 7-8 Oil- 1tsp Method/steps in preparation: Heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds, red chilles and jeera simultaneously and fry 3-4 mins in a low flame. Grind the fried items with dry tamarind, salt and make it like powder. Now crush/smash the garlic flakes and add to the grind masala... Karapudi ready, eat mixing little oil or ghee.. serve with idli or with rice...
