Did you know the below facts? I also did not know... I saw these while reading vegetarian conducted in March 2000 . Kids who have food along with their parents eat more of fruits and vegetables and less of junk food compared to kids who feed themselves or eat alone.Also these kids who eat with parents have in general more consumption of calcium,iron,vitamin B,E and C. Athletic girls who drink soda are five times as likely to get fractures as girls who don't drink soda.This is because the phosphoric acid in these drinks lessens the body's ability to absorb calcium needed to strengthen body bones. Also children of average age between 8 to 18 watch at least 3hrs of television i.e a couch potato lifestyle and study shows that this is main result of obesity in children. Have a healthy life....

This is a true saying "old memories never die" People never forget old memories,,, even if we get older we do remember memories of our younger days remembering of which makes sometimes sad ,sometimes happy but even if you want to forget you cannot delete from your minds.... Olden days when the developments in science was not vast people used to remember old things even if the times go ahead..these days there are many ways you can capture your old memories such as photos,albums, videos and many others still people forget memories may be due to work stress... We still enjoy the old classical songs rather that the new remix or album songs which gives us peace of mind and a remembrance of our younger times...Even we do follow some of the old customs, tradition Its gud to capture old memories ok if its in photo,video so that in future you can view them and make urself happy and even you next generation can know how you were in your younger days!!!!! Super BoWL championship takes place almost every year and this year i.e.2009 I got the chance to watch and know about since I was in pittsburgh...
