Hello friends... How are you. Hope everyone doing great. Its time where everyone complains of cold, flu etc.... weather is also cold.. Be careful, avoid places with crowd... I have seen many people who does not like snake gourd including me... I am not sure of the reason behind this... Hello Friends, Today I will be presenting before you Beerakaya / Ridge gourd recipes. Ridge gourd is one thing of which we can make full use even without wasting its outer cover also.  Lets see how we make it. a) Beerakaya Pachadi- Ingredients: - Ridge gourd outer peel of 2 Beerakaya - Methi / Fenugreek seeds - 1 spoon - Jeera - 1-2 spoon - Hing/ Asoefatida - Oil - 3-4 spoons - Tamarind - Turmeric - 1 spoon - Salt  - Sugar - 1 spoon - Green chillies - 6 - Red chillies- 2  - Mustard seeds - 1 spoon - Curry leaves - Channa Dal - 1 spoon - Urad Dal- 1 spoon Steps- 1. Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add methi seeds, Jeera, Hing. Allow Jeera to splutter.            2. Now add green chillies, and outer cover of ridge gourd and let it fry for around 5 mins.
