Its a simple recipe which can be served with rice/ chapati.... and that is chukkudkaya/ Indian Broad Beans Curry. Lets go short and see how it is cooked!!!

Its a simple recipe which can be served with rice/ chapati.... and that is chukkudkaya/ Indian Broad Beans Curry. Lets go short and see how it is cooked!!!
Ingredients:
- chukkudkaya/ Indian Broad Beans Curry- 1/2 kg
- ginger- half piece
- green chillies- 5-6
- salt to taste
For seasoning-
oil 2-3tsp
mustard seeds 1tsp
jeera 1tsp
red chillies 2-3
Channa dal 1tsp
urad dal 1tsp
curry leaves
Here it goes:
- first grind the green chillies and ginger together to a paste.
- heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
- when it splutters, add remaining seasoning items.
- once done add the ginger chillies paste and let fry for 2 mins
- now add chukkudkaya/ Indian Broad Beans Curry and cook it for 5-7 min with salt in medium flame.
- its ready. serve with rice/ chapati.
Its simple and faster to cook. So enjoy.................
