Is starting a Business an easy task?? I guess no!! Basic skills required are,,,we will discuss here
Business as you all know is generally done with a motive i.e to earn some money or profit.Business can also be regarded as a game because both of these have a win loose situation.Game has two sides one wins other looses as in business either profit or loss.Its natural. But earning profit is not possible if you do not have certain skills.These skills are not something which you haven't heard about,these are general skill which helps not only for business to grow but also to grow as an individual in daily life.I have pen down some of these skills:
1.Communications skills such as interaction with customers, listening skills(listening to customer grievances,their requirements etc),persuasion,tolerance( since you will deal with different people),motivational ability.
2.Management and leadership qualities such as should be able to build good environment and relationship with employees,subordinates, clients, fellow mates,team building spirit, commitment towards work, goal oriented,vision to look future of business.
3.Should have strong intimacy and determination towards success.
4.Time management and should be flexible to take into account the fast or rapid changes in business world.
5.Business require change always so should be creative,innovative,generate new ideas,bring new developments etc.
6.Honesty,sincerity,prompt in service, should be able to coordinate both technical and human skill together.
7.Knowledge of business,its pros and consequences, requirements,various laws taxes related to the business, marketing strategies to promote business.
8.Able to take quick and accurate decision if required.
9.Willing to take initiative, intelligent and alert.
10.Straight forwardness fair dealings dependability and moral character
Last but not the least good health will give a good impression on business.
