6 ways to be happier

This is also an article from a magazine which i thought should share to everyone.
Its very few things that makes us happier such as lovely fuzz laugh..


Here are 6 ways to be (even) happier-



  • Be thankful: make a list of everything you have to be grateful of
  • Be friendly: smile at and say a kind word to everyone you meet today
  • Be kind-unwind: take 3 long deep breaths and pause to reconnect with self. Relax and go with self.
  • Be mindful: weed out all unhelpful thoughts and replant helpful thoughts.
  • Be yourself: stick to your strengths and ask for help with regards to weaknesses
  • Just be: spend time with people you love and laugh together.
